Manifestation and How It Affects All Of Us

Manifestation: “Something that is put into your physical reality through thought, feelings, beliefs, and actions”
Utilizing the process of cause and effect– that is to manifest. The cause being your thoughts, feelings, actions, and emotions. These are the tools we use to manifest our reality and create new experiences whether we are consciously aware. Maybe you have gone throughout your day, week, or month, wishing for something to help and before you know it everything comes together when it needs to. This is because each of our lives consists of manifested possibilities that we incorporate into our living. We are free to make choices in life, but these choices are based on what we are attracting for ourselves through communication. With this said, we need to be aware that what we feel, think, and how we react to our emotions is choosing our realities.
Manifestation is a great tool for life if you can use it effectively. While you are trying to manifest positive goals into your life, you could also be unconsciously manifesting negativity into your daily living. Manifestation works both ways. For instance, if you choose to continue looking at what you think should be done, you’ll never be able to look at what can be done. If you tell yourself “I will never be able to do this” then life will never present you with the possibilities and the opportunities to do what you desire. Therefore, if you realize this negative thinking you can turn it into “I will try my hardest to do this” or “I will be able to do this” and manifest positive possibilities for you to take action.
There is an abundance of ways that can help you with manifesting your reality and realizing your dreams, however, it comes down to self-esteem, attitude, and a better understanding of who you are. To do this you need to reflect upon yourself and be courageous enough to recognize your fears and release your self-induced limitations. This will allow you to understand what makes you feel and think the way that you do, leading to better understanding of your reactions. By doing these things not only will you begin to change your mindset positively, but you will benefit your health, finances, relationships, goals, and your overall lifestyle with manifestation.
We do not have to learn how to manifest, as we do that in our everyday life, we have to learn how to do it consciously. This all relies on the power of decision. You as an individual must stand up and say “This is what I want regardless of anything else, I choose this, and I am going to get this”. By making the decision to tell yourself what you want, you are already manifesting good for yourself.
Have a vision.
Have a clear vision of where you want to go and what you want to achieve.
Have a strong desire.
Now that you know what you want and you have a vision, you need the desire and the drive to manifest it into reality.
Have a clear intention.
Be focused on what you want, this gives you intention a clear direction to your desire. Focus and intention will play a major role in manifesting what you what.
Develop an unflappable belief.
You must believe that you are deserving of what you desire. Manifestation does not work in a positive direction with self-doubt.
Acceptance.
Accept your new belief and that it will become true for yourself by fully accepting it into your life and your new reality.
Take an aligned action.
Align your actions with your goal. Take steps to achieve your goals and continue to work hard until they materialize into reality.
Absolute detachment.
Let go of the when and how. Believe that is it already yours and that it will come at a time that is divine for yourself. “Only he who is certain of the outcome can afford to wait”.
Support yourself.
Support your dreams so that reality can support you in achieving them.
Be clear.
Be 100% focused on what you want by making the conscious decision for yourself.

It may take time to refocus your manifestation with positive actions, but with the belief that you deserve your goals and dreams, you will begin to see reality aligning in your favor. When you begin to see these “coincidences” aligning with what you have manifested, remember that they are not coincidences, and they are not luck, but rather you created them.
